FAQ

Orders

  • After placing an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. This does not mean your order is accepted - it may be declined for stock or payment issues.

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday. Weekend or public holiday orders will be processed the next business day.

  • Make sure your shipping address is correct. Loiter isn’t responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect addresses.

  • International orders may incur duties, taxes, or customs delays, which are your responsibility.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Loiter offers multiple shipping options: Standard (3–7 business days), Express (2–3 business days), Overnight (1–2 business days).

  • Delivery times are estimates. Loiter isn’t responsible for delays due to weather, customs, or remote locations.

  • “Authority to Leave” shipments may be considered delivered once dropped off; Loiter isn’t responsible for lost packages after delivery.

  • International shipments may be subject to customs inspections and additional charges. Loiter cannot mark items as gifts to avoid duties.

Payments

  • Full payment is required before shipping. Accepted methods include credit/debit cards and approved “Buy Now, Pay Later” options.

  • Some orders may require additional verification. Unverified orders may be cancelled.

  • Refunds for BNPL purchases will follow Loiter’s standard return policy.

Returns & Exchanges

Change of Mind Returns

  • Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of receipt in original, unworn/unwashed condition with tags and packaging.

  • Certain items cannot be returned: face masks, swimwear, intimate apparel, earrings, gift cards, and final-sale items.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable. A handling fee (e.g., $6.95) may apply for online returns.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • Report faulty or incorrect items within 48 hours of receipt with your order number and photos.

  • If confirmed, Loiter will cover return shipping and offer a refund, replacement, or store credit.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges depend on stock availability. You may be responsible for shipping costs for the new item.

  • Bundled orders can be partially returned; refunds or exchanges apply only to returned items.

Regional Conditions

  • Returns generally must be made in the same region as purchase. Cross-border returns may not be accepted.

  • In-store returns/exchanges may differ.

  • Loiter reserves the right to refuse returns if conditions aren’t met.
