Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) between 7:00am – 2:00pm PST. Please allow up to two business days for processing, especially during peak periods or promotions.
We ship using a range of carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and OnTrac. International orders are typically dispatched via DHL Express Worldwide. Tracking will be emailed once your order has shipped.
International orders may be subject to customs inspections or import taxes set by your local authority. These are not within our control and cannot be pre-paid. Loiter does not mark packages as “gifts” or “samples.” We recommend checking with your local customs office if you’re unsure about charges.
